Dr. Schrader has been my personal physician for many years, and I have grown to trust and respect him immensely. When he recommended that I have a colonoscopy now (I am 44), based on our discussion of the risks and benefits, I took his advice. Thank goodness I did as they found 3 polyps and one large aggressive pre-cancerous adenoma that would have surely spread had I waited until the traditional recommendation of colonoscopy at age 50. I thank Dr. Schrader for his clinical acumen and for being such a caring physician. I feel like he saved my life. This experience is one of the reasons why I respect his practice and all the individual care that he provides me.
